Bioderma Crealine H20 Cleanser Review

If you saw my Priceline haul, you would have seen that Bioderma is now available in Australia! Yay! The Bioderma Crealine H20 Cleanser has quickly become my favourite make up remover and has definitely made it into my list of holy grail products!

The Bioderma Crealine H20 Cleanser is a gentle, fragrance free micellar solution which removes make up and leaves you feeling fresh and free of any impurities. It feels just like water and doesn't have that alcohol smell which is common with many make up removers. It removes absolutely any make up including that hard to remove eye make up and doesn't irritate the skin what so ever! It can take a few cotton pads to remove all my make up but I can usually get away with one, depending on how heavy I've gone in terms of eye make up.

This is my second bottle of Bioderma and it was only when I got home that I realised this was different to the first bottle I had. The first bottle was Sensibio while this one is Crealine. I'm not sure what the technical difference is as they seem to have the same effect. Overall this is by far the best make up remover I have used and would recommend it to anyone if you haven't tried it already!

Priceline Sale Haul

If you're from Australia, I'm sure you were just as excited as me for the 40% off sale on cosmetics at Priceline and just had to take advantage of it! I ended up getting a few things that I definitely don't need but I was probably going to buy them at some point right?!

Firstly I stocked up on a couple of my everyday products such as the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum which I stocked up on a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately got the wrong colour in. This is one of my favourite foundations and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone! I also stocked up on my go to powder, the Rimmel Stay Matte in Transparent and the Bioderma Crealine H20 which unfortunately was the only product I got that wasn't on sale as the sale only includes cosmetics.

Now for the not so essential products! I decided that I needed to try a new eyeliner as the only one I ever use is the Topshop Magic Liner so I picked up the Bourjois Liner Feutre, which has a thin felt tip. I also decided to try the Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless mascara after seeing it raved about on countless Youtube channels.

Lastly, no trip to Priceline would be complete without a few nail polishes. I bought another Rimmel Salon Pro nail polish in Cocktail Passion as the formula of these are just flawless, an Essie polish in Bahama Mama and a Face of Australia glitter polish in Disco Inferno. I was desperate to find the Revlon by Marchesa nail wraps but unfortunately they were all sold out and they're also sold out online! I might have to go back for a second round at another store to find them!

Did you take part in the sale? What did you get? I'd love to know!

Lush Golden Wonder Bath Ballistic

I know, I know! Sorry for all the Lush posts recently but I've been busy and they're really easy to do because all I have to do is have a bath! Plus, they seem to be enjoyed so why not?!

Lush Golden Wonder is a gold, present shaped bath ballistic, another product from the recent Christmas range. Golden Wonder is described by Lush as having a champagne like fragrance with orange oil, cognac oil and lime oil. The scent is quite fresh and uplifting, while still being calming and relaxing. Right up my alley!

Golden Wonder starts by fizzing away the outer layer which is gold and covered in glitter. It's then followed by the middle layer which turns the bath water a pretty greeny-blue colour and omits lots of tiny little gold stars, joining the glitter to make a gorgeous, sparkly teal blue coloured bath.

Golden Wonder is on the more pricey side of the bath bombs at $7.50 but it is way too pretty not to try! I definitely recommend getting down to a Lush store and checking out the new Christmas range!

Rimmel Space Dust Nail Polish

I finally got around to trying the gorgeous new Space Dust nail range from Rimmel and I am oh so in love! The Space Dust nail range is packed with micro shimmer, lots and lots of glitter and are opaque in roughly two to three coats. They have a textured feel which I am usually not a fan of however the glitter is very fine meaning that the texture is quite slight. I got three shades- Moon Walking, Shooting Star and Aurora.

Rimmel Moon Walking is purple with silver micro shimmer and larger light purple glitters. Rimmel Shooting Star has silver shimmer complete with large silver glitters. Shooting Star is my favourite of the bunch and the one that I'm most likely to wear. Lastly, Rimmel Aurora is a light pink champagne colour, also with larger glitters running throughout.

As I said, I'm not a huge fan of the textured trend and I always find myself adding a topcoat for smoothness, but these are gorgeous! I can definitely see myself wearing these, especially Shooting Star closer to Christmas time as they aren't too textured and instead give a little bit of edge compared to my usual nail job.

Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

The Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb is another Lush product from the Christmas collection which I simply couldn't resist. The bath bomb itself is absolutely gorgeous! It has a purple base and white top along with multi colour dots which turns the water a deep magenta colour.

This is one of the quickest bath bombs I've ever used, it only takes around 2 minutes to completely fizz out. The scent is the same as the Twilight range, a lovely lavender with hints of vanilla, although the lavender definitely isn't overpowering and is instead quite subtle.

Overall I really enjoyed this and would definitely repurchase! I may refrain from purchasing it again this year though as I've still got a ton of Lush Christmas products to get through! You can get this baby on the Lush website or in Australian Lush stores for $6.75.

Do you think you'll be purchasing the Luxury Lush Pud?

Lush Shoot for the Stars Bath Bomb

I cannot tell you how excited I am that I can finally start blogging about Christmas related products! To start my Christmas posts, I decided to start with a gorgeous Lush bath bomb from the Christmas collection. I placed a huge Lush order the other week and unfortunately when it arrived a lot of the products were either broken or melted (darn you Australian weather). I am going to take them into a store to have them exchanged but until then I thought I'd do weekly posts on the products that survived, starting with the gorgeous Shoot for the Stars Bath Bomb!

Shoot for the Stars is one of the prettiest bath products I have ever seen. The bath bomb itself is a gorgeous blue with bit of pink and purple, and then of course a bright yellow shooting star. When placed in the water it fizzles until it turns the water a pale blue/lavender colour before deepening to a bright purple with very subtle bits of silver glitter, leaving the water looking like the night sky. The scent itself is the same as the Honey I Washed the Kids soap which includes orange oil, bergamot and creamy honey, but to me it just smells like honey (I'm horrible with scents okay). The scent is quite strong before placed in the water but it becomes quite faint as it fizzes away. I usually only like fresh and fruity scents but I do quite like this one as it isn't too overpowering. Overall it's a very pretty and nice smelling bath bomb that I'd definitely recommend!

Have you tried any of the Lush Christmas collection?

Top Spring/Summer Lipsticks

I'm really getting into a summery mood now that the weather is a bit warmer so I thought I'd share some of my choices for the prettiest summer lipsticks with you! I tried to choose a broad range of colours even though a couple of these don't suit me all that well. Let me know if you've tried any of these or what your go to lipsticks for summer are! Also just a friendly reminder that I now have a Twitter and I'd really love it if you followed me! (No pressure)

Maybelline ColorSensational Vivids in Shocking Coral
Shocking Coral is an extremely bright coral pink colour with a gorgeous creamy texture. Unfortunately my camera didn't quite pick up the brightness of this pretty thing but it really is bright!

Revlon Lip Butter in Tutti Frutti
Tutti Frutti is a sheer and glossy tangerine orange which is definitely my go to for a more muted orange colour. This one has caused some debate as some people seem to find it patchy but I don't find that it is so love it!

MAC Lipstick in Saint Germain
Saint Germain is a bright but pale, blue toned pink with an Amplified finish. You definitely won't see me wearing this around too often as it just does't suit my pale skin very well but I'm sure it would look great with a summer tan!

Maybelline Color Whisper Lipstick in Who Wore It Red-er
Who Wore It Red-er is a very pink toned red with a beautiful glossy finish. This is definitely my favourite of these six and I've never really noticed how pretty it is before. Definitely going to be wearing it more often!

MAC Lipstick in Saigon Summer
MAC's Saigon Summer is a semi-opaque medium toned orange with gold shimmer. Perfect for the warmer months!

Revlon Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake
For a less daring summer? Strawberry Shortcake is a blue toned light pink with a silvery shimmer however it is just warm enough for me to pull off. This would be a perfect everyday summer lipstick!

Have a good day!
